> Once we have your wedding sign information, a digital design proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days for your review and feedback.

If your sign is a seating chart, we will also email you our spreadsheet template for you to complete with your guest names

> If revisions are requested, your revised proof will be emailed within 2 business days.

> 2 rounds of proofs / design amends are complimentary. Additional amends following this will incur a design fee (Terms & Conditions). No designs will ever be printed until you are satisfied with your design proof and we have your final approval!

** We do our best to ensure your design is perfect HOWEVER we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of your design before providing approval to print. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your design is correct (including spelling errors).

TIMING

WELCOME SIGNS / BAR & TIMELINE SIGNS / GENERIC SIGNS
Design: 2-5 business days, PLUS
Printing & Shipping: Allow 7-12 business days (often can be quicker).

SEATING CHARTS
Design: 4-6 business days, PLUS
Printing & Shipping: Allow 7-12 business days (often can be quicker).

* Timing cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.

RUSH ORDERS
> If you choose ‘Priority Printing’, we guarantee your sign will be printed and shipped out within 2 business days (this does NOT take into account ‘design time’ or ‘shipping’). Regular print production is 4-5 business days.
> If you require your sign within 12-14 days, ‘Priority Printing’ must be added when ordering.
> If you require your sign in less than 12 days, please contact me before ordering.

SHIPPING

> All signage is shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
> Shipping within Australia only.
> Please provide a ‘Safe to Leave’ address if possible. 
> We do not guarantee shipping times (however generally our signs will be delivered around 4 business days following print production).
