WEDDING DAY SIGNAGE
Your wedding day signage is both a practical part of your big day AND a chic element of your decor!
Our diverse collection of large and smaller wedding day signs includes (but is not limited to) welcome signs, seating charts, bar and beverage signs, order of events, wishing well and memorial signs.
Choose a high-end acrylic or budget-friendly premium foamboard, or opt for a more ethereal feel with a fabric sign!

ACRYLIC SIGNS
Acrylic offers a sleek, high-end look with a sophisticated, glass-like finish and is considered perfect for statement signage. You acrylic signage will be direct UV printed and we offer a range of solid coloured acrylics in both matt and gloss finish, as well as flood printing on white or clear acrylic. This enables us to provide almost any colour combination you could ask for.
Complimentary laser cutting to various different shapes is included with all orders!
Upgrades include 3D lettering, mirror acrylic, and semi-transparent frosted acrylics in some colours.
FOAMBOARD SIGNS
Lightweight yet durable, our foamboard is the most popular choice for one-time events, offering both style and affordability.
Ideal for most celebrations, foamboard allows for vibrant full-colour printing in any design to match your event aesthetic. For a bold, modern edge, we now offer solid black foamboard, enhancing the depth and richness of black signage like never before.
Complimentary laser cutting to various different shapes is included with all orders!
FABRIC SIGNS
For couples who adore soft, romantic aesthetics, our linen signage adds an effortless and ethereal touch. These signs drape beautifully and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Available in a variety of styles and colours depending on your colour palette, this option is both timeless and uniquely personal.
Eco-friendly and easy to transport. Please remember, a good iron or steam will be needed on the day to ensure your sign looks its best!
Displaying your signs
Wedding signs may be a small detail, but they add the perfect finishing touch to your celebration. Whether displayed on an easel, hanging from a frame, or sitting in a plinth, there are plenty of stylish ways to showcase your signage.
Peach Perfect offers hole drilling, backing struts, acrylic bases, eyelets and rod pockets! If you are not able to find what you are looking for, get in touch for details!
While we are unable to ship easels or frames, we offer hire options for local clients on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

CHOOSING YOUR COLOURS
Our Signage Colour Chart showcases a selection of our most popular colours, but if you have a specific shade in mind, let us know when placing your order. If its possible to accommodate your custom colour we will!
For fabric signage, the background colour will be the fabric itself, available in classic white or oatmeal.
Please note:
- Digital gold is a printed flat gold tone designed to resemble gold but is not metallic or foiled.
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed sign due to variations in monitor settings, brightness, and the printing process.
SIGNAGE SIZES
Below lists the more popular sizes for event signs. Complimentary laser cutting is included for clients wanting one of our various shapes!
Large Signs
The most popular size for our acrylic or foamboard signs to sit neatly on most easels is 594x841mm (A1) or 600x900mm. This size is also generally chosen for hanging signs.
Larger signs up to A0 are available on request as an upgrade.
The more popular size for our fabric signage is 60x200cm which generally allows for nice draping on the floor.
Small Signs
Our smaller signs are sized A3 or smaller and are perfect for bar signs, wishing well signs, guestbook signs, in memory signs and more.
Please ensure to double check the measurements of your frame or easel.
SIGNAGE SHAPES
Take your event signage to the next level by introducing different shapes and textures through laser cutting! From arches and circles to half-arches and waves, there are many options beyond traditional rectangles!
Custom shapes are also available, offering a way to personalise your signage to suit YOUR occasion.

Seating Chart Layout
Your wedding style, your chosen design from our range of seating chart designs, and the number of tables and guests you are displaying will determine much of the layout...however bold type, white space, font combos, colours and more will always be customised by us to ensure your seating chart is not only functional but "knock-your-socks-off" GORGEOUS!
table number layout
Each guest is listed under their table number or name.
Perfect for 2 to 20 tables.
banquet layout
Guest names are displayed in their seated position to show exactly who they are seated beside and opposite. Suited for weddings and events where there are 1 to 4 tables.
alphabetical layout
Guests are listed under their first or surname letter. Alpha charts are suited for weddings and events where there are a large number of guests.
