Your gorgeous welcome sign could very well be the first glimpse your guests will have of your special occasion as they enter your venue - so you want to ensure an amazing first impression.

PRINTING: Your welcome sign will be printed on 200gsm cardstock - perfect if you are planning on using a gorgeous picture frame on an easel.

DIMENSIONS: The most popular size is A1 (594x841mm), however we can design and print to your chosen dimensions if different.

CUSTOMISE YOUR DESIGN: Font and background colour changes are free. Floral / watercolour design elements cannot be colour adjusted however can be removed.

PROOFS, TIMING, SHIPPING: Digital design proofs are provided once we receive your wording. Please allow around 8 business days for design, printing and shipping. Shipping has been included in the price and will not be charged in checkout. Our large signs printed on cardstock are shipped in a tube mailer for protection. Please note: more detailed information on this can be found below the following order form.

Your welcome sign will be commercially printed on 200gsm silk paper/cardstock. This printing process uses the latest in digital printing technology, which results in brilliant text clarity and beautiful detailed images. Please note, a frame or backing board will be required to hold your seating chart up. 

Proofs are emailed within 2 business days where no major design changes have been requested. If major design changes have been requested with your order,  please allow some extra time for those changes to be made. Revisions will be responded to within 2 business days.

2 x rounds of changes are provided.
- Additional proofs (more than 2) are $10 each if required prior to printing. 
- Changes requested after final approval has been given will incur a fee. If we are supplying you with a Print-Your-Own digi file, a fee of $20 will be required for re-supplying the new file with your changes made. If we are printing and you have provided final approval to print, a new sign will need to be ordered as your design is most likely already on the printing press. 

Your design will never be sent to print until you are completely in love with it, and we have received your written approval to print! 

Standard turnaround time for Welcome Signs is roughly 8-10 business days. 

Design and Print = 5 business days
(based on client turnaround of proof changes 3 hours)

Shipping = 2-5 business days*

Your sign will be shipped in a tube mailer which is generally around 2-3 business days. This can increase to up to 10 business days if you live in WA, TAS, NT or Rural Australia. 

* Please note, Peach Perfect cannot guarantee shipping times as once your item has been shipped we are no longer in control.
