Quick Overview

Printing: Printed on smooth high quality 5mm thick foam core board. No frame or backing board is required for signage printed on solid board - your signs will stand on their own against an easel or elsewhere!

Size: The more popular sizes are listed below. Custom sizes / shapes are also available on request. For extra large signs please get in touch for a custom quote.

Customise: Font and Background colour changes are included free. The colour of most watercolour elements, florals and foliage are not able to be adjusted. Our wording will be replaced with the wording you provide.

Shipping: Shipping has been included in the price and will not be charged in checkout! (due to the size and weight of our solid board signs, an additional fee is charged for shipping to Country, Rural, TAS, WA and NT).

Your signs will be professionally printed on quality 5mm foam board. This option saves you the time and expense of purchasing a picture frame or backing board for signage printed on cardstock. Our foam board has a smooth finish and is commercially printed with rich, crisp detail and colours.

The most popular size is A1, however if you would like a different size please let me know when ordering. The largest we print to is 1200x900mm.

Seating Chart recommended sizes
* Size A2 (or similar) - Suitable for 80 or under guests.
* Size A1 (or similar) - Suitable for 80-150 guests. 
* For larger weddings, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Seating Charts designed in Alphabetical Order or / and with large numbers of guests take much longer to design and perfect than others. 

Proofs are emailed within 2 business days where no major design changes have been requested. Please allow an addiitonal 2-3 business days for an Alphabetical chart. Revisions will be responded to within 2 business days.

2 x rounds of changes are provided, so if you have missed a guest or need to move guests to another table, this can be done at this stage. 
- Additional proofs (more than 2) are $10 each if required prior to printing. 
- Changes requested after final approval has been given will incur a fee. If we are supplying you with a Print-Your-Own digi file, a fee of $20 will be required for re-supplying the new file with your changes made. If we are printing and you have provided final approval to print, a new Chart will need to be ordered as your design is most likely already on the printing press. 

Your design will never be sent to print until you are completely in love with it, and we have received your written approval to print! 

Standard turnaround time for your signage is roughly 10-12 business days. 

Design and Print = 7 business days
(based on client turnaround of proof changes 3 hours / additional 2-3 business days for Alphabetical seating charts).

To QLD = 3 business days
To NSW = 4 business days
To VIC = 5 business days
To SA = 7 business days
To NT or WA or TAS or Rural/Country = 15 business days


* Please note, Peach Perfect cannot guarantee shipping times as once your sign has been shipped we are no longer in control. Shipping is via registered courier and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping times are an estimate provided by the courier company only.

* Express shipping is not available for large format signs. 

* We do everything possible to ensure your sign arrives in perfect condition. Peach Perfect will NOT be responsible for signs arriving damaged in transit.
