Upon ordering from Peach Perfect you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Peach Perfect may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on this website. Please review terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

All references to Peach Perfect contained in the following Terms and Conditions includes Peach Perfect designers, contractors, employees, and representatives.


All content contained on this website such as images, illustrations, custom designs and existing designs are owned by Peach Perfect and are protected by Australian copyright law. Any unauthorised use of any content and images from this site may violate copyright laws and the laws of privacy.

Peach Perfect reserves the right to use any custom-designed pieces for future themes/layouts/templates.


Peach Perfect is an Australia owned and operated business. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), are inclusive of GST, and are subject to change and availability. Peach Perfect reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice.


Payment is to be made in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing) prior to design work commencing. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto our website. The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus postage charges (if applicable) as stated upon the website. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal and direct bank deposit. Peach Perfect reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Direct Bank Deposits

Peach Perfect accepts payment via direct bank deposit. Using this method will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order.  When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit please use your name as reference. In the instance of additional alteration charges being incurred, your order will be held from delivery until payment of these has been made.


At Peach Perfect we also offer PayPal which accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and direct bank payments. See for details.

Non-Refundable Deposits and Payment Plans

All orders where the total cost is $350.00 or more are eligible for our payment plan option. These orders must also pay a minimum of 30% of the total cost prior to design work commencing. Any balance still owing on order approval is payable prior to sending any artwork to print. Please see below for terms regarding cancellation of orders. 


Colours will be as close as possible to the artwork that appears on our website or on your computer screen, however Peach Perfect is not responsible for slight colour variations of printed products. Printed products may have slight variations in colour caused by the following which are not within our control (1) Your computer monitor could be colour calibrated in a particular way (2) Computer monitors  display colours in RGB, which is different to the CMYK print process (3) Printed ink will sit differently on different paper stocks.


Depending on the type of order, a PDF or JPG proof is supplied to the customer to confirm the content of the design is accurate. The number of proofs included in the paid price varies and will be displayed on the product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check both content and layout is correct before providing their approval to print. Peach Perfect will never print an order without written authority/approval from our customer. Errors that are signed off at proof stage (including spelling errors) will be reprinted at the customers expense and only on payment clearance. 


A custom design is the creation of a design not currently offered on our website. Custom designs are only offered for wedding stationery and are charged a flat rate fee. Peach Perfect will advise the client of the fee prior to design work commencing and reserves the right to lessen the fee based on the client brief supplied.


Our pricing includes the placement of your wording/images into your chosen theme/layout, or the creation of your custom design with your wording/images. The number of alterations provided per order is 2 x alteration requests at proof stage. Additional requested alterations will be charged at $15 per proof supplied.

Any request that requires a revised email proof is considered an alteration, with the exception being a completely new design / layout. If a new design is requested, Peach Perfect will advise revised costs based on additional design time required.   

Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved for printing. Once approved, no alterations can be made. Your written email approval to Peach Perfect will confirm the completion of your order.


The minimum order of stationery items is provided in the order form and varies per stationery item. It is advisable to allow for spares, as subsequent orders will incur the minimum quantity charge.


All personalised name lists must be supplied using our excel spreadsheet templates with the line of text typed exactly as you want it to appear printed. Spelling, punctuation and spacing of data is the customers’ responsibility. Reprints will be charged out at the minimum quantity cost of that product unless the reprint quantity exceeds the minimum quantity, in which case a new order will need to be submitted. Up to 10 name corrections will be provided complimentary at proofing stage. Additional changes will incur a fee of AUD $0.60 each plus AUD $15.00 per new proof sent if the number of proofs exceeds that included.


Smooth white or cream envelopes are included with the following product orders:

  • Birth announcement cards
  • Baptism invitations
  • Wedding invitations, RSVP cards, Thank You Cards
  • All thank you cards
  • Corporate/Business event invitations

Peach Perfect also offers envelope upgrades to premium textured, metallic, coloured, kraft envelopes. Envelope upgrades are dependant on stock availability of our suppliers and must be ordered seperately on our website.


Peach Perfect is committed to protecting photographers’ copyrights. It is solely and without exception the responsibility of the customer submitting photo/s to ensure that they have the permission of the copyright owner to use the image. By sending your photo to Peach Perfect designs you warrant that:

(a) It is your own original work or that you have the written permission of the copyright owner, parent or guardian and that you have the right to make it available to Peach Perfect;

(b) It does not infringe any law; and

(c) You indemnify Peach Perfect against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Peach Perfect as a result of any breach of the above.

Please ensure you read thoroughly our Photo Tips for achieving the best print result from your photo/s.

We will only accept photos via email or website upload. We will not accept hard copy photos or scanned photos. Peach Perfect will advise to the best of our ability if your photos are suitable enough quality to print from. Peach Perfect reserves the right to refuse to use images that are not of suitable quality.

Peach Perfect will not be responsible for variations in colour/quality due to our printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.


Peach Perfect will do everything possible to ensure your stationery arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Timing for shipping can be found on each product on the website. Peach Perfect will not be responsible for delays, damage or lost goods caused by shipping companies.

If shipping is required more than once per order (i.e. Wedding bonboniere tags required at a later date), a second postage fee will be charged.

Within Australia
We charge a flat AUD fee for shipping within Australia. This fee is added in checkout. Your stationery will be posted via (1) Australia Post Regular (traceable) or (2) Australia Post Express (traceable) or (3) Courier (traceable). Australia Post Express will incur an additional fee.

Peach Perfect accepts orders from anywhere in the world, however please contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping quote. The customer is responsible for any duties/taxes applicable in your own country upon the arrival of the parcel so please check if these apply to your order. An invoice for your order cost (inclusive of shipping) and an estimated delivery time will be emailed to you prior to any design work commencing.


Peach Perfect business hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, Saturday 9am until 12noon, Sundays Closed.

Peach Perfect is closed at certain times of the year. We will give as much notice as possible on our site as to these closure dates. Orders placed prior to and during closure dates are subject to delays. Orders placed during closure dates will be attended to immediately on our return. If we cannot meet your deadline we will advise before we commence work on your job.


To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under Australian law you must:

(1) Provide your real name, phone number, email address, delivery address and payment information;

(2) Be 18 years or over;

(3) Possess a valid debiting account

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us or our payment gateway (i.e. PayPal) to transmit information or to obtain information about you from certain third parties specific to financial authorisation including but not limited to your account details to authenticate your identity and to authorise individual purchase transactions.


(a) Prior to design work commencing on your order, a full refund will be given. 

(b) If an order is cancelled at any stage during the designing process ie. after a proof of your design has been emailed to you:
- NON CUSTOM DESIGN STATIONERY : an AUD$30.00 non-refundable design fee will apply. An additional AUD$20.00 fee will apply to any additional proofs that have been emailed.  
- SEMI CUSTOM DESIGN STATIONERY : If a semi-custom design order is cancelled at any stage during the designing process, a fee of 30% of the total order cost  is owed by the client to cover designing time.
- CUSTOM DESIGN STATIONERY : If a custom design order is cancelled at any stage during the designing process, a fee of 40% of the total order cost is owed by the client to cover designing time.

(c) Once your approval to print has been given to Peach Perfect no refund can be given unless there is a print error on our behalf, in which case Peach Perfect will reprint or resupply with corrections made within the time frame of our Rush Service. A printed error that is our fault is where the final digital proof of your design that was approved is different to the printed item. Spelling and layout are the full responsibility of the customer to approve at proof stage and any errors in spelling and layout will be reprinted at the customers’ expense. Colours may print differently to what you see on a computer screen due. Peach Perfect cannot be held responsible for this as it is out of our control.


Your privacy is important to Peach Perfect. We will not share your information under any circumstances, with outside parties. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers via our newsletter.


We will use our reasonable best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content on our site. We make no representations or warranties that the functional aspects of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. By using this site you acknowledge that its use is at your own risk. As a convenience, our web site may link to other web sites that may be of interest to you but are not under our control. These links do not imply an endorsement by Peach Perfect and we take no responsibility for the content of these sites.
