PRINTING: Your welcome sign will be printed on 200gsm cardstock - perfect if you are planning on using a gorgeous picture frame on an easel.

DIMENSIONS: The most popular size is A1 (594x841mm), however we can design and print to your chosen dimensions if different.

CUSTOMISE YOUR DESIGN: Font and background colour changes are free. Floral / watercolour design elements cannot be colour adjusted however can be removed.

PROOFS, TIMING, SHIPPING: Once your order has been received, I will email you our spreadsheet template to complete with your guest names. A digital design proof will then be emailed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the design of an Alphabetical Seating Chart (or check out our Rush Service if you are in a hurry!).

Please allow roughly 10 business days for design, printing and shipping fo your chart. Shipping has been included in the price and will not be charged in checkout. Our large signs printed on cardstock are shipped in a tube mailer for protection. More detailed information on this can be found below the following order form.

Details

PRINTING 
Your seating chart will be commercially printed on 200gsm silk paper/cardstock. This printing process uses the latest in digital printing technology, which results in brilliant text clarity and beautiful detailed images. Please note, a frame or backing board will be required to hold your seating chart up. 

SIZE / DIMENSIONS
Standard sizes are A1 or A2, however if you would like a different size to fit a gorgeous frame please let me know when ordering. The largest we print to is 1200x900mm.

* Size A2 (or similar) - Suitable for 80 or under guests.
* Size A1 (or similar) - Suitable for 80-150 guests. 
* For larger weddings, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Seating Charts designed in Alphabetical Order or / and with large numbers of guests take much longer to design and perfect than others. 

PROCESSING & PROOFS
Proofs are emailed within 2 business days where no major design changes have been requested. Please allow an addiitonal 2-3 business days for an Alphabetical chart. Revisions will be responded to within 2 business days.

2 x rounds of changes are provided, so if you have missed a guest or need to move guests to another table, this can be done at this stage. 
- Additional proofs (more than 2) are $10 each if required prior to printing. 
- Changes requested after final approval has been given will incur a fee. If we are supplying you with a Print-Your-Own digi file, a fee of $20 will be required for re-supplying the new file with your changes made. If we are printing and you have provided final approval to print, a new Chart will need to be ordered as your design is most likely already on the printing press. 

Your design will never be sent to print until you are completely in love with it, and we have received your written approval to print! 

TIMING & SHIPPING
Standard turnaround time for Seating Charts is roughly 10-12 business days. 

Design and Print = 7 business days
(based on client turnaround of proof changes 3 hours / additional 2-3 business days for Alphabetical seating charts).

To QLD = 3 business days
To NSW = 4 business days
To VIC = 5 business days
To SA = 7 business days
To NT or WA or TAS or Rural/Country = 15 business days

* Please note, Peach Perfect cannot guarantee shipping times as once your sign has been shipped we are no longer in control. Shipping is via registered courier and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping times are an estimate provided by the courier company only.
