After placing an order for personalised cards and invitations with Peach Perfect, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details included.

As we offer so many different products, we do have different turnaround and print timings (depending on the printing methods, finishing, cardstock chosen and design requirements). Hopefully we have covered all the necessary information you need below but if for any reason you still have any questions, please send us an email on [email protected] or phone any time on 0400 701383.  


During the design process we provide you with 2-3 x complimentary digital proofs (depending on the product you have ordered) in JPG or PDF format. At this stage feel free to request design adjustments and / or corrections. Upon receiving payment of your order and all required information/photos, we will email your initial proof through within 2 business day. We guarantee turnaround of any proof revisions within 2 business days. 

When proofing, please double and triple check all spelling and details are correct on your design.

Please send any revisions / corrections to us in 1 x email (do not send multiple emails please as this can get confusing!). 

Please remember, the more times you request changes to your design, the longer the design process! Although we try to turnaround proof changes same day, we can only guarantee 2 business days. 

While all care is taken with spelling, layout and details it is your responsibility to check these are perfect before approving your final proof.

Once you have sent through your written approval to print, no further changes can be made as your order is probably already on the press. In all cases, alterations can be made right up until you are ready to approve your design for printing as we want you to be absolutely in love with your stationery. If you do by chance need extra sets of alterations/proofs prior to final approval to print, we are always happy to continue working with you on your design. There will be a necessary fee to cover additional proofs and additional design time. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.  

At no stage will we ever send a design to print without your written approval to do so.

These products have been pre-printed and as such no changes can be made.


For any products not listed above 2 x complimentary proofs are provided.  


Most of our stationery is commercially printed here in Queensland. Please allow 7-10 business days for your stationery to be designed, prepared for press, printed and delivered back to us for quality control and packaging. Quite often this can all be accomplished in less time.

Occasionally we will work with other printers / suppliers around Australia if their capabilities better suit your design requirements ie. printing on coloured card, white ink printing, foil printing. We will always advise you of the print turnaround time of these printers in advance if it will vary from the above.

If you are in a hurry to get those invitations out in the mail, I also offer a Rush Order Service.  


Delivery - Peach Perfect to You!
We ship via Courier or Australia Post regular traceable parcel mail 

All orders are shipped from our design studio located at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for shipping, however in most cases your stationery will arrive much sooner. Once we have shipped your stationery we will send you an email confirmation with tracking details so you can track the delivery yourself (very useful for those in a hurry!). 

Please allow additional time for shipping to NT, TAS, WA or Rural and for these areas I highly recommend choosing to pay for Express Shipping. Please get in touch if you did not receive the option for Express Shipping when ordering as we can add this any time prior to post.

Postage Cost 
Shipping & handling is a standard flat fee of $15.00 for each individual order/delivery. We also offer Express Post for a small additional cost.
