PROOFS, TURNAROUND & SHIPPING

After placing an order for personalised cards and invitations with Peach Perfect, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details included.

As we offer so many different products, we do have different turnaround and print timings (depending on the printing methods, finishing, cardstock chosen and design requirements). PROOFING

Designs from our existing collection
- Weddings 2-3 business days for initial proofs. Turnaround of proofs 2 business days.
- Announcements & Baptism invitations - 2 business days for initial proofs. Turnaround of proofs 2 business days.

The above timing does not allow for custom changes to be made other than font colours. All other custom changes may require additional turnaround time. 

Custom/Bespoke Designs
I am not currently accepting any complete custom design requests.  


PROOF CHECKING & APPROVAL

A PDF/JPG proof of your design will be emailed to you to confirm your design is acceptable and accurate. Please double and triple check all spelling and details are correct on your design before sending us your approval to print. We also advise checking your proofs on more than one computer just in case one computer is throwing the colours out.

Please do not approve your design based on a proof viewed on a tablet or phone! Checking your proof is your responsibility, and once you have given us the ok to print, no further changes can be made as your order is probably already on the press!

ZIP FILES: Your proofs may be emailed through to you in a zip file so you will need to be able to unzip files on your computer. If you do not have access to a computer that is able to UNZIP please let us know when placing your order or via email.  


ALTERATIONS / NUMBER OF PROOFS ALLOWED

FIRST PROOF:  Please check all spelling and details carefully at this stage as this is your chance to make changes. If your stationery order is for a photo card or invitation and you have two photos which you cannot choose between, we are happy to provide two initial design proofs using your photos! If your photo's need any retouching work ie. colour corrections or red eye removal, this will be done at the next stage once you have chosen which photo you would like to use on your design. 

SECOND PROOF: At this stage you will need to request any alterations / approve your design for printing. If alterations are required at this stage, a further final print proof will be provided for sign-off.  

PRINT PROOF: This final proof is for you to approve your design for printing*.

* In all cases, alterations can be made right up until you are ready to approve your design for printing as we want you to be absolutely in love with your stationery. If you do by chance need extra sets of alterations/proofs, we are always happy to continue working with you on your design. There will be a necessary fee to cover additional proofs and additional design time. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.  


PRINTING & DELIVERY - HOW LONG?

Weddings:  Please allow up to 8 business days for the printing of your wedding stationery.

Birth Announcements / Baptism Invitations: Please allow up to 5 business days for the printing of your invitations/announcement cards.

Please allow additional time when:
(a) Premium envelopes are required. I only stock some of the more popular premium envelopes...others I will order in specifically for your stationery order.
(b) Envelope Printing is required.
(c) Specialty Printing processes are required ie. white ink printing, printing on kraft card, foiling and letterpress.

SHIPPING & WHAT IT COSTS 

Delivery - Peach Perfect to You!
Please allow 10 business days for shipping (15 days if you live in NT, TAS or WA and for these areas I highly recommend paying the extra for Express Shipping as regular mail can take a couple of weeks). We cannot be responsible for delays once we have shipped your stationery. Most of the time our customers receive their cards within 4 business days.

Postage Cost 
Shipping & handling is a standard flat fee of $15.00 for each individual order/delivery. We also offer Express Post for an extra $3.00.

I use Australia Post Parcel Post and Courier Parcel services. I post MondaysWednesdays and Fridays (except for Rush Orders which will be posted same day).

All deliveries to NT, WA and TAS, PO Box and Rural areas will be posted via Australia Post regular mail unless Express Post is paid for. All other orders will be via our contracted Courier. All orders are shipped from our design studio located at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast.
