Can I change the colours of the design I want to order....?
Absolutely. Where possible, colour changes are FREE! It’s seriously impossible to present my stationery designs in every possible colour combination (even though I'd love to!). Feel free to contact me anytime to discuss what colour mix you are wanting to achieve and we can work with you to source the perfect colours for your day. There will be some designs where colour changes are not possible however I always mention this in the product description (most floral and foliage / watercolour design elements). You can order a printed colour chart be posted so you can be assured of how ink colours print, as what you see on your computer may not be a true representation of the printed colour.



Can you help me choose the best cardstock for my invitations?
Yes of course. I offer a variety of paper/card stocks, and in many cases one will provide a better result than another. I realise it can be a little daunting to choose the cardstock which will be best suited to your design. Information on each of your options can be found HERE. You can order an Invitation Sample pack HERE. Our Sample Pack will include a sample of each of our regular cardstock options, however if you are wanting something different please just ask and we will include if possible in the sample pack for you. 

Can you print on coloured card / Kraft card?
Yes, we can print on various premium coloured stocks in white ink, black ink as well as metallic foil. Popular colours include Black, Stone, Grey, Charcoal, Deep Navy and naturally textured Buffalo Kraft. Please take a look at the available printing techniques HERE to help with your decision making.

Can you print on Wood?
Yes! We offer 2 colours of our 'Wood' cardstock - Birch (a pale wood) and Cherry (a medium wood colour). Please get in touch for a custom quote as our wood stock is only new!



Can you design a brand new invitation suite for us for our wedding?
Well first of all, THANK YOU so much for loving our stuff! We are not currently custom designing however if you see a design you like but would like to make some changes please just ask. We are happy to customise any of our designs to work better for your style and occasion, however we do not currently have the time to create 'complete customs'. 

* Peach Perfect reserves the right to charge a client for custom changes made to designs. The only time we will do this is when those changes take a lot of time. We will always advise you prior to making any changes if costs will be incurred.
* Please note, all custom designs remain the intellectual property of Peach Perfect and may be used as products offered for sale on our website. We will always wait until after your event to do this.



Can I change the font style on my invitations?
Absolutely, font changes (as well as minor design changes) are totally FREE and we are happy to work with you to find the perfect font and layout for your wedding stationery (please note that some font styles work better than others depending on the printing technique used, and I will always assist you in choosing the right font for you and your printing). We have lots of fonts we regularly use, however if you find one yourself that works well with your chosen design and your wedding theme, we are happy to accommodate?  Please keep in mind that not all fonts are Free To Use. We have purchased many of the wedding fonts we use but there are still heaps of awesome and stylish free fonts out there on the net.

Can I have both my Accommodation/Travel information and my Wishing Well information on one card?
Of course. If you order your RSVP card (which comes with an RSVP envelope), we can adjust the wording to suit you, including adding in wishing well or gift registry information.



Are envelopes included? What type of envelopes are they?
Yes, smooth white (high quality) envelopes are complimentary with all orders that require an envelope. 

Can I get fancy envelopes?
Of course! We love going the extra mile with theming your occasion and offer various premium envelopes as an upgrade to your order.  After adding your stationery order to your Shopping Cart, please pop over to the WEDDING MENU at the top and choose "Envelope Upgrades". Here you will find our various envelope upgrade options. If you aren't sure which envelope size matches your announcement or invitation, please check out our Paper & Envelope page for guidance.

Can you print our Guest Names on our envelopes, and / or our return address on our RSVP envelopes?
Yes, of course. Hugely popular for Wedding and Christening invitations, I offer printing in black ink on white or light coloured envelopes, and white ink on dark coloured envelopes. You will receive an initial concept / layout proof of your envelope design, as well as a complete proof of all your guest names and addresses. The additional cost for envelope printing is listed on each product. Please ensure you proof your envelopes carefully as any errors once you have approved us to print them will unfortunately incur a charge.

Can you print on Shimmery Metallic envelopes?
Yes! I offer both black and white ink printing for metallic envelopes. Please allow an additional 7 business days for printing on metallic envelopes.



Can you print my guest names on my menu as well as my invitations?
Yes! We can print guest names on any card or invitation. The additional cost for this is $50 per item and you will need to supply the names to us in a word or excel document. More information on personalising can be found here on our “Customising Your Design” page.

I'd like to have a Belly Band with my initials and a monogram - is this possible?
Yes, you can include whatever you like on your Belly Band. Just let me know when you place your order in the Special Requests area and if I need to chat with you regarding any design elements I will be in touch.



Besides my invitations, I'd like to order matching RSVP and Table Menu's for the reception...Do I need to order each one separately and do I receive any discount for ordering more than one item?
All PP customers who order 3 or more commercially printed items receive a 10% discount! We offer some standard discounted packages which are based on the more popular wedding orders, however if yours is a little difference please simply get in touch via email and I will provide you with a manual written quote / invoice which includes your discount. The discount you receive is on those printed items and is not offered on shipping or extras such as envelope upgrades and envelope printing.



Are your designs professionally printed?
Yes, our cards and invitations are all professionally printed by commercial printers using the latest in digital printing technology, which results in brilliant text clarity and beautiful detailed images. In some instances we can offer digital files for you to print yourself, however will never do this for any invitation stationery where the printing quality is a reflection of Peach Perfect's business.

Do you offer Foiling / Letterpress?
Yes, over the years I have built strong relationships with highly professional, Australian Foil and Letterpress Printers. Many of my designs can be used for foiling and / or letterpress printing however for various reasons (cardstock choice, colour choice, font weights) some dessign elements may need to be adjusted a little to ensure your finished stationery looks amazing. What is white ink printing?
Very simply, White Ink Printing is a fairly new print technology which allows stationery designers to print a white colour ink on coloured cardstock. With digital printing we are limited to various white or cream cardstocks, so to achieve a dark background we have to cover the white or cream card with a darker colour. There are so many stunningly gorgeous coloured cardstocks available with White Ink Printing (charcoals, rich blacks, navy, bright and bold colours such as red and pink). Printing on these stocks will set the bar high as they are super premium. More information on white ink printing can be found HERE.  

Do you offer Print Your Own files?
In order to preserve the integrity of our designs and our quality standards, most of our stationery is offered only as a finished printed product. This includes our wedding invitation suites. Peach Perfect does not offer invitation suites as print your own files.

Some items are offered as Print Your Own files, including our large format signage (seating charts, welcome signs) and our table numbers. The reasoning behind this is that commercially printing in smaller quantities can be very expensive due to print set up fees…we want to provide our clients with a more affordable option to have their reception stationery coordinate with their beautiful, printed invitation suite. We also believe that when displayed at the reception venue (generally in frames) the cardstock and printing quality will not be as ‘noticeably’ different. 


Can I request different sizes for my invitations and other stationery?

The answer here is yes and no. In Australia, standard professional printing sizes (and envelope sizes) are A6 and A5, and our prices are based on these printing sizes. You can choose a slightly smaller 130x180mm invitation as this is a standard postage and envelope size however the cost will be the same as the larger A5. I stock a variety of envelopes for each of these three sizes. 

Items such as Wishing Well cards, Reception Menu's and Signage, can be printed to any size you would like. If you cant find the size option when ordering, please just let me know - it may be that there will be no cost difference or if there is, I can organise a custom quote for you within 24 hours.



How long does it take for our invitations to arrive? 
Our standard timing for wedding invitation stationery - design / proofing / printing / delivery - is 2-3 weeks.

This is dependant on how long it takes you to respond to proofs and the number of alterations. I will always turnaround proofs as quickly as I possibly can, however please allow 24- 48 hours as I could be working on a number of other orders at that time, including rush orders. If you would like to see a few options with very small changes to the design, colours or layout, it is always best to request this initially as multiple proofs can be emailed to you at the one time, thus reducing the turnaround time for proofing. All new alteration requests will require a new set of proofs and potentially another 24-48 hours. The more detailed / concise your requests are, the quicker the overall turnaround time.

I also offer a RUSH SERVICE for those who need their invitations super fast. Please note if you are in WA, TAS or NT, you should always request Express Post and allow extra timing for delivery.

I have left everything until the absolute last minute! Can you help me out as my wedding is only 2 weeks away and I need menu's and a seating chart?
All stationery is generally 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your order to the time you receive your gorgeous package. In some cases, we can speed the process up a little and are always happy to let you know if this can be done with no additional charge. If you literally require your wedding reception stationery in under 10 business days, more than likely you will need to pay a RUSH ORDER fee.

What does the Rush Order fee cover?
All rush orders are a priority, from the moment I receive the order confirmation until the moment your stationery is posted to you. In detail, the fee covers the following processes and costs:
(a) Guaranteed 2-3 hour turnaround on proof alterations from our end
(b) Our printer to prioritise your job for printing and trimming
(c) Same day express courier delivery from the printers to Peach Perfect
(d) Australia Post Express from Peach Perfect to Customer.



How much are your cards and invitations?
The cost of our designs varies depending on product, size, cardstock and more. You can check the cost of any product on our site by clicking to order. You will then see a Quantity drop down box which will give you the base cost for that item (not including any extras ie. round corners or personalised guest names). 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via direct bank deposit or Paypal. We feel that these forms of payment are safe and ensure our customers remain comfortable with their online transaction. On placing an order you will be provided with both options and if you choose Paypal you will be redirected to the secure Paypal gateway to make your payment

My Wedding Suite order comes to $520.00. Do I have to pay the entire amount up-front now?
Absolutely not! We are a little limited with offering part-payments via our website so please just choose to pay manually (via bank deposit) and let us know in your order form that you would like to pay a deposit first with balance later. We will send you an invoice for a deposit of 30% of the total order and a final invoice just prior to going to print. We can also offer payment plans for those on a tight budget. This service is available to all customers with orders of $350 or more.


Can I send you photos of my wedding for your blog / website?
Of course! We would love to see and share your special moments. We cannot guarantee that we can share each and every photo but will be delighted to share what we can with our customers, fans and friends.
