Dress up your Reception with beautiful, professionally printed and personalised Place Cards designed to match your decor and other stationery.

Our Place Cards are professionally printed with your guest names on smooth white cardstock. You can choose to upgrade to premium Felt, Linen or Metallic shimmer when placing your order. Once I have received your order, I will email you a spreadsheet for you to add your guest's names to.

Timing for the design and printing of personalised placecards is generally around 2 weeks. If you require your placecards sooner, please get in touch.

Feel free to change the font colour of this design to suit your wedding. Our colour chart is below, however I do recommend viewing a 'printed' colour chart to ensure the colours you choose are perfect for your here to order one of our colour charts be posted to you.

100mm x 50mm printed one side and supplied scored and flat, ready to be folded.

Many of our designs are able to be colour adjusted to suit your wedding theme, with the exception of some floral and watercolour design elements. Our wedding placecards can include your guest's first name, or first and last name, and each placecard is individually edited by us to ensure the names will print beautifully.

Our wedding stationery is professionally printed on your choice of premium cardstock using a high quality commercial press that results in bold saturated colour and crisp text. Placecards are printed on a smooth white cardstock, or you can choose to upgrade to our textured Felt or Linen, or our Metallic shimmer placing an order. Some designs are also available for printing on Kraft and Coloured cardstock.

Once your order has been received, I will email you a spreadsheet for you to fill in with your guest names. 

All place card orders include 1 x initial design proof, then once that is approved, a complete proof of all your guest names for your final approval. Proofs are emailed within 2 business days where no design changes have been requested. If design changes have been requested please allow some extra time for those changes to be made. I will respond with any revisions within 2 business days.

Your final approval is very important - please triple check your names are absolutely correct (spelling, grammar) before approving your order for print. Once your file has been sent to the printer I am unable to make any further changes, and the minimum reprint quantity is 50.

Standard turnaround time for Wedding invitation placecards is approximately 2 weeks. A Rush Order Service is also available (conditions apply). 

Your place card design will never be sent to print until you are completely in love with it, and we have received your written approval to print!
